System Expansion Index The District of Columbia is evaluating the development of a network of light rail and street cars. D-DOT Streetcar Project Specific alignment issues are a concern all along the proposed route of the Inner Purple Line. PLN believes that concerns can be addressed in a manner that will protect neighborhoods while ensuring success of the project success.
